How do I contact Delmarva Pharmacy?

Please call us anytime during our regular business hours if you have questions regarding medications, refills, insurance and general pharmacy inquiries.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 6 days a week:

Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Do I need to inform Delmarva Pharmacy with any changes in medication or therapy?

To prevent unnecessary medication being shipped after therapy is discontinued you need to inform Delmarva Pharmacy at 410-677-0561 when your medication therapy management ends or changes.

Who do I call when my insurance changes?

If your insurance changes it is important to notify Delmarva Pharmacy immediately. This will allow us to maintain proper authorization and continue to provide service. If you fail to report insurance changes to Delmarva Pharmacy and medication is shipped to your home or physician’s office, you may be responsible for those charges.

Prescription Medications

How do I reorder or refill a current prescription?

For your convenience, Delmarva Pharmacy will contact you or your physician each time to schedule your reorder. If you are a new patient or if you have a new prescription, please call Delmarva Pharmacy at 410-677-0561 to start your prescription.

How will my medication be delivered?

Your medication is delivered to the location of your choice by local, same day/overnight or via United Parcel Service (UPS) or our Delmarva Pharmacy delivery professionals. Once you receive it, you should follow the storage requirements. If you do not receive your package by 3 pm on the scheduled delivery day, please call Delmarva Pharmacy 410-677-0561 for assistance.

What should I do with used syringes?

Your health and safety is our top priority. Please call your local Public Health Department or visit the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) online for the appropriate steps to take when disposing of your syringes and Sharps container.

How much will my prescription medication cost?

Your prescription medication costs will vary depending on your insurance, and a final determination of your insurance co-pay cost can’t be made until your claim is processed. To get the most accurate information, we recommend that you call the Customer Service phone number for your prescription insurance card.
